UK Public Procurement: What We Have Built and What Comes Next

UK discovery is integrated; document ingestion is next.

The UK is a key procurement market for Tenderium. The House of Commons Library reports £434bn gross public sector procurement spending in 2024/25, and the Procurement Act 2023 came into force on 24 February 2025.

Find a Tender is the UK notice service, while supplier registration and procurement information sit across connected services and devolved or sector-specific layers. The UK matters because it is large, active, English-language, and often suitable for cross-border suppliers.

Tenderium already has UK discovery integrated. The next development step is deeper document ingestion into a workspace like Ireland. The current stage is discovery, not yet the full document-context workflow.

A UK response may require company information, exclusion and selection data, accounts, technical responses, pricing, insurance, certificates, previous experience, policies, and declarations. Tenderium's plan is to move UK from discovery into document-based preparation: documents in workspace, TenderiumChat in tender-specific context, comparison with user documents, missing-document checks, prepared-documents support, and readiness indicators.

Tenderium supports source-grounded preparation and user-controlled review. It does not submit bids and is not a replacement for legal advice.
